Ready For Schengen provides visa preparation assistance services, including document review, application readiness guidance, and appointment booking support. Our services are designed to help you prepare your Schengen visa application to the highest standard.

We are not a travel agency, immigration law firm, or government body. We do not submit visa applications on your behalf, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who are based in the United Kingdom. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Service Tiers

We offer three main service tiers:

• DIY Toolkit (£49): Self-service document checklists, templates, and application guidance.
• Assisted Application (£199): Expert document review, application guidance, and booking readiness support.
• Concierge Support (from £399): Full preparation support with a dedicated advisor, including live booking guidance.

The specific features included in each tier are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify service features and pricing at any time, with changes applying to new orders only.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

• DIY Toolkit: Non-refundable once digital materials have been accessed or downloaded.
• Assisted Application: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before any document review has commenced.
• Concierge Support: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before any consultation has taken place.

7. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• Not submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents.
• Respond promptly to our requests for information or documents.
• Understand that the final visa decision rests solely with the consulate or embassy and is outside our control.
• Submit your own visa application to the relevant consulate or visa application centre.

8. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We provide preparation and review services only. We do not and cannot guarantee that your visa application will be approved. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the consulate or embassy of the relevant Schengen country. Our services are designed to maximise your preparedness, but the outcome is not within our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, templates, checklists, and guides, is owned by Ready For Schengen and protected by copyright law. You may use materials provided as part of your purchased service for your personal visa application only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of travel bookings, flights, accommodation, or any other costs arising from a visa refusal.
• We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by third parties, including embassies, consulates, VFS Global, TLScontact, or postal services.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
