These are paid directly to the embassy or consulate when you attend your appointment.
VFS Global or TLScontact service fees
Third-party appointment centre fees are paid directly to VFS or TLScontact.
Travel insurance
You must purchase your own Schengen-compliant travel insurance. We provide guidance on requirements.
Document translation or notarisation
If your documents require certified translation, this must be arranged separately.
